Bein Hazmanim

Edit: I should mention it is currently 4am in Israel. As in not shabbos. I’m simply an insomniac on occasion.
Oh tumblr how I’ve neglected you…
My seminary has been doing the “bein hazmanim” thing since Tisha b’av. Thus I’ve been occupying myself going on mini adventures around Israel. I would write all about it, but sometimes(maybe most of the time) the incredible/crazy/bizarre/indescribably awesome moments can’t quite be captured in words, much less photos. That or it’s just that writing isn’t exactly my calling…

Tidbit of the Week:
I took a trip to Tzfat(well slept in a hostel there…) for a few days and hiked around the Golan. One of the nights in Tzfat we stumbled upon this large concert/kid’s event/random carnival type thing there. The best part: Glorious freshly made KOSHER cotton candy! Long gone seem the days of bagged pink and blue for Pesach…Oh how I love Israel. -There were lots of sellers but we chose the one by the park/”real” Breslov school. He was the one happy to show us his ingredients and how it was made…Which is surprisingly simple! Took lots of buses, up North successfully tremped for the first time ever!!! (Very nice, young frum couple picked us up. However we quickly realized we didn’t remember where the bus station was we needed so they stopped and looked it up on their phone! They also offered us water to take too though we were okay. I hope I never stop appreciating the beautiful chesed G-d has given us in this odd little piece of land.

I try to keep Torah/Mitzvos and meanwhile adjust to being "in-town" yet outta Eretz Yisrael. Interpret that information how you will. For anything else feel free to ask.

Near Jerusalem? I don’t know of any BT yeshivos near Jerusalem. Only in Jerusalem. Truth is there aren’t that many BT yeshivos.

    But the most well...
